Policies

• There is a $30.00 deposit required upon booking. Deposits are nonrefundable nor transferable. (Detox, Lash, Reiki) 

• Please ensure to wear a mask to your appointment. (Detox, Lash, Reiki)

• Remaining Balance must be paid in CASH ONLY, no exceptions. (Detox, Lash, Reiki)

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24hrs, you will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee. A new deposit will also be required to book again. (Detox, Lash, Reiki)

• If you are a no show, you will be charged for 40% of your service. (Detox, Lash, Reiki)

• You must be on time to your appointment. If you're 5 minutes late you'll be charged an $8.00 fee, 10 minutes late will be a $12.00 fee. Anything after will require a new deposit to be rescheduled. Please give yourself enough time for weather conditions, traffic, & parking. (Lash + Reiki)

• You must have 40% of lashes to be considered a fill in. IF you book for a fill & come with less than 40% you'll be charged for a full set. 3 weeks or later is also considered a full set. (Lash Appt. Only)

• Please arrive to your appointment with a makeup free face. FREE OF ANY MAKEUP, OILS, OR STRIP LASH RESIDUE. $10.00 cleaning fee If not. (Lash Appt. Only)

• I do not work over any other lash techs work, if you need a removal & lash bath please add that on to your service. (Lash Appt. Only)

• After 24hrs, HAUSZ OF ZEN is not responsible for your lashes, Detox juices or Reiki, if you have any issues with your service/product you must contact us within 24hrs.

• Please keep in mind after 3 cancellations, you will no longer be apart of our clientele. (Detox, Lash, Reiki)

• NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
